Education Health Care Plans

EHC Plans (young people)

Having an EHC plan means the different agencies that provide your education, health and social care support will need to work more closely together to help you achieve your goals and make sure you are supported in the best way possible.

Sometimes the information given to you can be confusing.  Local authorities must arrange for you to get impartial information and advice about support for their special educational need or disability.  This will also include information about health and social care to help you decide what to do.

You can talk to us on the phone, by email or in person.
